I can't share experience with this particular shop, but Clark's shoes? Never again, I've really tried to buy new shoes for " reasonable " price from company's eshop, first and the very last attempt. One day experience and new shoes will end up in container, somebody will be happy, maybe. I' ve bought shoes with 50% discount, so I can survive this my loss .... Photos ...Edge of these shoes without any protection, so it was like a guilllotine....I have a photo of my leg as well, but....it's awful really....so for me...Barker and Herring Shoes will stay as quality with reasonable price, definitely not Clark's

Went in to get a pair a school shoes for my 9 year old girl. Was extremely busy. Member of staff said if we needed feet to be measured we would have to grab a ticket and wait for our number to be called. Politely declined cause I already knew what size was required. My girl sat on one of the benches whilst I looked around. Only found 2 style of shoe in her size. As I was showing my girl the only available options for her another member of staff came over shouting that we need a ticket before picking the shoes. Tried explaining to her that I was only showing my kid the styles available but she wasn't interested, just kept telling me to get a ticket. My girl didn't like either of the styles so it would of been a complete waste of time queuing for a ticket. If my kid wasn't with me i would of told the unprofessional worker to stick the shoes up her arse. From there we went to M&S where a really friendly member of staff went through all available options with my daughter, who finally found a pair that she liked.

Place can be quite busy but being in the centre of Manchester that's no surprise nor would I score it less because of it. There's a product for everyone to find and we was interested in school shoes for my 9 year old daughter. Good selection at an affordable price as well the quality is great. Staff are very polite, friendly and always ready to help.

Excellent customer service from Clarks. Wide variety of shoes for my one year old daughter to choose from. Expensive but the quality is excellent. Wouldn't choose anything else for my daughter to learn her first steps in.

Brilliant. Michelle, our sales assistant was so good. Nothing was too much trouble. She was extremely knowledgable and really helped my friend find the right shoes to support her disability. She spent an hour with us. I have never spent this long in a shoe shop. The whole experience was so positive. Really good rapport she didnt try to persuade my friend into buying shoes that werent right for her. Would definately use this store again and would look for our sales assistant again. My friend was delighted with her two pairs of shoes which were stylish and great quality. She usually finds it difficult to find shoes due to her cerebral palsy. Thanks very much Michelle you were fantastic.

Very helpful and friendly staff. They had interesting footwear options. Went with a friend who was looking for medium heels to wear at a wedding. She found exactly what she was looking for!

I really like the quality of Clarks shoes, they really do last. The staff are very helpful in the shop and they regularly do online and in store sales and offers throughout the seasons. They do a range that includes GoreTex coating for great waterproofing but the range for women is pretty poor and very utilitarian whereas in previous years they had lovely leather boots that were also very practical. I don't know why it's one or the other.
